We work out of Tyler and cover the towns around it. Wherever the car is parked, that's the shop. Travel is already in your price.

Do I need to be home?
No. As long as the car is somewhere we can safely work — driveway, parking lot, work — and we can get to the keys, you can go about your day.
How accurate is the online price?
It's built from repair times and current parts prices for your exact vehicle. If we find something else once we're there, we show you and quote it before doing any extra work — you're never charged for anything you didn't approve.
How do I pay?
Pay a $50 deposit and the rest after the job, or pay the full amount up front. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay work, or split it into payments with Affirm, Klarna or Afterpay.
How do I choose an appointment?
Enter your ZIP, vehicle and service to see your price and available arrival windows. Choose the time that works for you and book online.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — free up to 12 hours before your arrival window, with a full refund. Use the link in your confirmation text. Inside 12 hours, the $50 deposit is kept.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Brakes, batteries, alternators, starters, belts and spark plugs come with a 12-month / 12,000-mile parts and labor warranty, whichever comes first. If something we installed fails, we come back and fix it at no charge. Full terms are on our Terms page.
Is there a discount for doing more than one thing?
Yes — add an oil change to any other service and it's $20 off.
What if it rains?
Light rain is fine. If weather makes it unsafe, we'll reach out and reschedule at no cost.
What don't you do?
Jobs that need a lift or a full shop — transmissions, engine rebuilds, alignments, AC recharge. We'll tell you straight up if your job is one of those.
