Questions

Do I need a tow?

Usually not. Most no-start problems — battery, starter, alternator, connections — we fix right where the car is parked.

What if I don't know what's wrong?

Book a diagnostic ($95). We test the battery, charging and starting system and tell you exactly what it needs, and the fee is credited toward the repair if you book it within 30 days.

How do I book a diagnostic?

Choose a diagnostic, enter your vehicle and ZIP, and pick an available appointment online. We’ll check your car where it’s parked.

Is the new part covered?

Yes. Batteries, starters and alternators we install are covered by our parts and labor warranty. See our terms for details.
