Roll Up Auto collects only what we need to quote, schedule and do the work on your vehicle. We don't sell your personal information.

What we collect

  • Booking details: your name, mobile number, email (optional), the address where the car is, notes, your vehicle (year, make, model, engine, mileage, VIN if you enter it) and the services you choose.
  • Photos you upload of your vehicle. Photos not attached to a quote are deleted within 2 days.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive the payment status and a reference to your saved card for deposit bookings — never your full card number.
  • Booking drafts: your vehicle, selections and entered contact details are saved in this browser tab to restore your progress for up to two hours. Payment card details are never stored in this draft. Closing the tab clears its session storage.
  • Conversations and approvals: we store your messages, our replies, and the service proposals you accept or decline so you can manage your booking online.
  • Site usage: we count page views and steps in the quote form to improve the site, using a random ID that lasts only for your browser session. We don't use advertising cookies or track you across other sites, and we don't store your IP address.

How we use it

  • To build your quote, schedule and do the work, take payment, and send confirmations, reminders and receipts.
  • To answer your messages and warranty claims.
  • To keep records of the work done on your vehicle for warranty and legal purposes.

Who we share with

Only the service providers that run the site and its features, and only for that purpose: Stripe (payments), Twilio (text messages), our email provider, our hosting and database providers, and Google (to show reviews and maps). We may share information if required by law.

Text messages

We text you only if you opt in, and only about your quote or appointment. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Your choices

  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information through our contact form. We keep records of completed work and payments as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes.
  • Reply STOP to any text to stop messages.
